Attorney Weir is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. She joined Woomer & Talarico as a law clerk and was hired as an Associate upon passing the Pennsylvania bar examination. She concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability. Prior to that, she interned in the legal and contracts department of a nuclear technology corporation.

During law school, Lee was Executive Articles Editor for the Duquesne Business Law Journal and Vice President of the Corporate Law Society. During her third year of law school, Lee was certified as a student attorney to assist neighborhood and regional urban renewal organizations through Duquesne’s Urban Development Practicum.

Lee graduated cum laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Lee is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, Lee is Secretary of Lead Pittsburgh, a non-profit that aims to fight generational poverty by facilitating access to education. Lee also enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
